Firefox has all the same features. Plus a great deal more packed as add-ons.
Something probably worth mentioning here:
Firefox, Chrome and Opera all have sync functionality (Chrome can even sync add-ons)
All have gone for major UI improvements recently, removing traditional menus and repacking them for streamlined user experience.
IE is by far definitely far from leaders in rendering video content.
Firefox has done a significant job as regards #3, IE has yet to show it (links to MSDN or something that shows they have really been looking into this, please)
IE doesn't make FULL use of hardware acceleration. Please, point to a statement or benchmark you took it from.
