ISSUES
Issue's of whats app is rare not frequent this issue may occur when ever the whatup servers are rebooted or dns changes .You cant upload images and delivery of text is very late ..
SOLUTION
1.Restart you phone in normal way.After rebooting your phone whatsup app dns is flushed to current dns .
2.If the above method doesn't work then remove the app and restart your mobile and install new version of the app.( Don't install the new version without rebooting your mobile).
3.The above methods doesn't work then it may be a serious issue contact whats up customer care
