first go to regedit ,to find regedit open
Start > Run > and type " regedit " ,(with out "") then
after opening your registry and find the key below.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Explorer\ Tips
Create a new string valued named by incrementing the existing value names and set it to the required tip text.

right click on the string value and edit the text i.e, tips
